Learning and Exploration

For over thirty-five years, Bradford has explored and developed the process he calls Wholemovement™—sharing it through workshops with teachers, students, and international mathematics conferences. These books offer an opportunity to experience an innovative approach to geometry.  As one Chicago public librarian puts it: “. . .valuable for those who are mathematically inclined AND those who are mathematically confused. In fact, recommended for everyone.”

Books fall into two categories: one especially useful for teachers, parents, and students, with hands-on explorations of geometry, vocabulary, and abstract math; the other connecting circle folding to art, design, science, and philosophy.

The Circle: A Wholemovement Perspective

“I have really been blown away by the book…..the actual stuff is terrific. You also have to do it and not read it.”

Jerry Pine - California Institute of Technology (CalTech)

"What if I had been introduced to this as a child rather than at fifty-something?  In fifteen years of home-schooling I have not had anything purchased at a convention be so satisfying."

Liz - Homeschool parent

“I have had many opportunities to develop the children’s understanding of circles. Reading your books has helped me tremendously in understanding many of my former math courses.”
